Beergarden Chef (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a motivated Beergarden Chef (m/f/d) for our BRLO BRWHOUSE. If you are reliable, enjoy working with food, and like working in a dynamic environment, then you've come to the right place.

• Preparation and cooking of dishes according to the recipes
• Taking orders and communicating with beer garden gueste
• Explaining and recommending dishes
• Contributing to the design and development of dishes within the concept
• Maintaining cleanliness of the beer garden outlets in accordance with HACCP standards
• Professional and efficient handling of the POS system

• A basic understanding of food and kitchen processe
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not essential
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong communication skills and an open, professional manner
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, and initiative
• You are resilient and can keep a cool head even when things get busy
• You should be able to communicate easily in German and English
