- Professional guest service

- Taking and communicating orders

- Pouring and preparing drinks

- Serving drinks and bar snacks

- Ensuring glasses and taps are clean

- Keeping the bar area tidy and clean

- Explaining and recommending beers

- Upselling by recommending special beers and spirits

- Making professional and efficient use of the cash register system

- Supporting the monthly inventory in the bar area.

- Processing the bar team's tasks in Flowtify

- Training employees on the job (bar work, upselling, the Gastronovi cash register system, the Gastromatic time recording system, Flowtify task tracking and occupational safety).

- A strong hospitality mindset and a high level of service orientation.

- A sense of responsibility, reliability, and organisational skills.

- Assertiveness and leadership skills in everyday teamwork.

- An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work.

- Resilience, flexibility and commitment, including working weekends and public holidays.

- Several years of practical experience working in the bar sector and as part of a team.

- Experience of organising processes for day-to-day operations.

- Experience of dealing with guests, complaints and quality assurance.
