HI, WE ARE BRLO!

To strengthen our Events team at BRLO, we are looking for a committed, well-organised and service-oriented individual to join us as an Event Manager (m/f/d).
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, organisation and delivery of our events, acting as a key point of contact for internal teams as well as external partners. You will ensure the seamless coordination of all processes — from conceptual planning in the office through to on-site execution — and guarantee that each event authentically reflects the BRLO brand.

Your Tasks

  • You enthusiastically acquire new clients and build long-term relationships with our existing customers.
  • In sales and consultation meetings, you identify our clients’ needs, immerse yourself in their vision, and translate it into tailored, compelling proposals.
  • You develop creative, target-group-oriented event and service concepts that surprise and deliver genuine value — continuously refining and improving them.
  • You document client agreements, progress, and successes in a structured and reliable manner in our CRM system.
  • You ensure that all relevant event details are communicated clearly and completely to internal teams as well as external partners.
  • You manage external events from planning to execution, keeping an overview even in challenging situations — solution-focused, pragmatic, and always with a smile.
  • Post-event follow-up comes naturally to you: invoicing, evaluation, and feedback discussions with clients and teams complete your projects.
  • Additionally, you actively contribute to projects aimed at developing our event and catering offerings and support administrative office tasks as needed.

Your Profile

  • A completed vocational training in event or sales management, or a degree in Event Management.

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within the hospitality or events sector.

  • A strong service and client orientation, with genuine enthusiasm for selling events and delighting clients.

  • Comfortable preparing proposals and invoices, which you consider a natural part of your role.

  • You demonstrate professionalism, open communication, a quick grasp of new information, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills — and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • A positive attitude, the ability to recognise opportunities rather than obstacles, and the capacity to maintain enthusiasm even during busy periods.

  • Ideally, you already have a network within Berlin’s hospitality and events scene.

  • Confident in the use of MS Office applications.

  • You communicate fluently and persuasively in both German and English.

  • Possession of a valid Class B driving licence.
