Service Manager*in (m/f/d)

For our team at BRLO Chicken & Beer in the renowned KaDeWe Berlin, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Manager who will contribute to the continued success story of our unique gastronomy concept with passion and professionalism.

• Management of the service team
• Selection and development of employees
• Leading regular feedback meetings
• Training employees (service, up-sell, Gastronovi checkout system, gastromatic time recording system, flowtify task tracking)
• Instruction of employees in the area of occupational safety
• Creating duty rosters for the service team
• Vacation planning for the service team
• Checking working hours in gastromatic
• Monthly inventory in the bar area
• Monitoring regular tasks of the service team in Flowtify

• Initial experience in a managerial position in catering service, ideally in a comparable environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English to interact effectively with guests, staff and management.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently coordinate service operations.
• High guest orientation and the ability to respond to guest needs and concerns.
• The ability to remain calm in stressful situations and find solutions quickly.
• A sound understanding of the hospitality industry and current trends and developments.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment that includes evening and weekend shifts
