From September, we are offering an apprenticeship in office management (m/f/d) where you can quickly take on responsibility and your own tasks. In particular, you will gain an insight into the areas of human resources, finance, brewery coordination and inside sales.

Your Tasks

  • Learning office management activities
  • Personnel focus: Creating job advertisements, contracts, certificates and references, scheduling interviews and feedback meetings, assisting with evaluations and applications
  • Finance focus: Incoming and outgoing invoices in our Oracle Netsuite ERP system, creating reminders, assisting with monthly financial statements and analyses
  • Brewery coordination focus: supporting the purchase of goods for the brewery, assisting with the planning and organisation of production
  • Inside sales focus: preparing quotations, order processing and follow-up, complaints and reminders
  • Marketing focus: support in planning and implementing campaigns, maintaining social media channels and the website, creating presentations and advertising materials, helping to organise events and PR activities.

Your Profile

  • Higher education entrance qualification with a good final certificate
  • Initial experience with Word, Excel, Google Drive and Sheets
  • Quick comprehension, initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
