Apprenticeship in Restaurant and Event Catering (m/f/d)

From September, we are offering an apprenticeship as a Restaurant and Event Catering Specialist, where you will quickly be able to take on responsibility and manage your own areas of work. In particular, you will gain an insight into restaurant service, event organisation, guest relations and stock management.

• Welcoming, assisting, and serving our guests
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Preparing and organizing the restaurant and service areas
• Supporting events, celebrations, and special functions
• Assisting in bar and beverage service
• Working with reservation and POS systems
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Supporting stock ordering, storage, and inventory control
• Collaborating with kitchen, service, and event management teams
• Participating in training sessions and exam preparation

• Interest in gastronomy, events, and service operations

• A completed school education is desirable
