Apprenticeship as a brewer and maltster (m/f/d)

Starting in August, we are offering an apprenticeship as a brewer and maltster (m/f/d) to learn how to brew and bottle our beers with us.

• Learning the entire brewing and bottling process
• Cleaning and sanitising the brewhouse and tanks
• Fermentation control
• Bottling and keg filling as well as cleaning the kegs
• Preparation of ingredients for the brewing process
• Maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Documentation of all processes
• Beer tastings

• Higher education entrance qualification with a good final certificate
• A passion for good beer and its preparation
• Physical resilience and not afraid of practical work
• A quick mind, initiative and the ability to work in a team
• Fluent German and very good English skills
