Waiter / service staff (m/w/d)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated waiter / service staff (m/f/d) to join our team in BRLO Chicken & Beer in KaDeWe.

• Opening hours Mo-Sat 10AM-08PM
• Welcoming and taking care of guests
• Taking and communicating orders
• Serving drinks and food
• Supporting the Chef de Rang in the service process
• Taking care of dishes, cutlery and glasses
• Tidiness and cleanliness of the guest rooms
• Explaining and recommending the right beer to go with the food
• Up-sell by recommending desserts, coffee, spirits etc.
• Supporting the monthly inventory in the service area
• Processing the tasks of the service team in Flowtify

• Restaurant or hotel training or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of food and beverages
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail and guest requests
• Cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
• Flexibility regarding working hours (including weekends and public holidays)
• Foreign language skills for dealing with international guests
