• Supporting our marketing team in day-to-day operations with a clear focus on social media, content creation, and community management for the BRLO and ROY Kombucha brands
• Developing and implementing creative content ideas
• Assisting with content production, photo shoots, and video shoots
• Nurturing and growing our social media community through community management, monitoring, and active engagement with our followers
• Researching current trends
• Creating presentations, reports, and competitive analyses
• Assisting with influencer, PR, and partnership projects
  
  

• You’re studying marketing, communication, media studies, or a related field
• Social media is more than just a pastime for you—you understand what kind of content works and reaches people
• You bring creative ideas to the table and have a good sense of visual language, storytelling, and current platform trends
• Ideally, you already have some experience with content creation or community management, or even run your own social media channels
• You have a hands-on attitude and team spirit, and you’re eager to work in a dynamic environment
• You enjoy communicating with people, have a knack for striking the right tone within the community, and don’t mind being in front of the camera from time to time
• You’re passionate about beer & kombucha, the food and beverage industry, and creative brand communication
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English round out your profile
