Brauer*in und Anlagenführer*in (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Brauer*in und Anlagenführer*in (m/w/d) to join our brewery site in Berlin-Spandau from September 2026.

• Managing the complete beer production process, including carrying out, controlling and monitoring all production steps from malt intake, wort production, fermentation and maturation through to the bright beer tank
• Producing non-alcoholic beverages and ready-to-drink (RTD) products
• Independently carrying out minor maintenance and repair work on beer production equipment
• Filling and packaging bottles, cans and kegs
• Cleaning and disinfecting production equipment and production areas
• Supporting the maintenance, planning and continuous development of the quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, IFS Global Markets Food and organic certification requirements

• Completed vocational training as a brewer and maltster, or several years of professional experience in filling and packaging operations
• Excellent technical understanding and a strong awareness of quality
• Ability to work independently and take a solution-oriented approach
• Good written and spoken German and English
