Deputy Service Manager (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Deputy Service Manager (m/f/d) for our location BRLO Charlottenburg, who will help to lead our service team, ensure that everything runs smoothly and also enjoys an after-work beer with us. 

• Support in the personnel management of the service team
  • Selection and development of employees in consultation with the service management
  • Training employees (service, up-sell, Gastronovi till system, gastromatic time recording system, flowtify task tracking)
  • Instruction of employees in the area of work safety
• Operational organisation and improvement of the service process in the restaurant together with the service manager
• support in creating duty rosters for the service team
• Control of working hours in gastromatic
• Taking over day and night manager activities
• 3 Monthly inventory in the service area
• Monitoring regular tasks of the service team in Flowtify
• Participation in weekly Jour Fixe
• Monthly Merchandise Inventory

• Previous service experience in a similar position in restaurant, initial management experience desirable
• Ability to motivate, develop and lead a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff and other departments
• Passion for excellent customer service and the ability to create a positive customer experience
• Organisational skills to coordinate service operations efficiently
• Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Fluency in German and English to communicate with an international audience and team
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
