At our brewery in Spandau, you’ll be working alongside around 25 colleagues.

As Team Lead Brewery Operations, you’ll bring together procurement, logistics, and production planning, shaping processes to ensure that people, materials, and operations are aligned as effectively as possible.

This role is primarily based on-site in Spandau. Working from home is generally possible at BRLO, depending on the role, responsibilities, and team requirements.

• Team Leadership: You’ll lead a team of around seven colleagues across procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations, fostering an open, respectful, and supportive team culture.
• Process Management: You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations and coordinate processes from incoming goods through to packaging.
• Procurement & Material Availability: You’ll make sure that raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational supplies are available when needed.
• Supplier Management: You’ll manage and develop our supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and identify opportunities to improve commercial terms and processes.
• Inventory & Material Flows: You’ll keep track of stock levels and goods movements and ensure accurate planning and documentation in Oracle NetSuite.
• Logistics & Continuous Improvement: You’ll further develop our warehousing, transport, and distribution processes, with a focus on quality, cost efficiency, on-time delivery, and occupational safety.

• Professional Experience: You have at least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or a comparable field. Experience in the beverage or beer industry is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: You have previous experience leading teams, know how to delegate effectively, and encourage ownership and professional development.
• Organisation & Process Mindset: You stay on top of things even when working across multiple interfaces, set clear priorities, and continuously improve processes.
• Digital Process Skills: You’re confident using Excel, quick to learn new systems, and comfortable using new technologies such as AI to make processes more efficient.
• Communication: You communicate confidently in both German and English, whether with colleagues, suppliers, or external partners.
