Host (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Host (m/f/d) for BRLO BRWHOUSE who greets and seats our guests, organizes reservations, and is also up for enjoying a post-work beer with us.

• Welcoming and attending to guests to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Managing reservations and table assignments to ensure smooth operation of the establishment.
• Providing information on menu options, beverages, and special offers.
• Coordinating with service staff and kitchen to ensure efficient service.
• Ensuring that the dining area is tidy, clean, and appealing.
• Handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional and customer-oriented manner.

• Work primarily on weekends
• Good knowledge of German and English required
• Experience in the hospitality industry or gastronomy is advantageous but not necessarily required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and polite in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate well with other staff members.
• Friendly and professional demeanor towards guests.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required, additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
